The protocol on Meetings of Minutes has been signed between State Agro Trade Company and Korean International Cooperation Agency

The State Agro Trade Company and the delegation of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) had a meeting today. The main purpose of the meeting is to study the Korean experience to improve the activities of the State Agro Trade Company and to undertake initial preparations for the Experience-Exchange Program in this area.
The guests first got acquainted with the "Kənddən Şəhərə" store within the framework of the project of the same name, implemented by the State Agro Trade Company. The director of the company Leyla Mammadova informed the guests about the project's goals and activities.
Then KOICA representative Dr. In-Shik Nam made a presentation on the work to be done in the framework of cooperation between the two organizations.
Afterwards, KOICA Country Director Park Kumok and Director of the State Agro Trade Company Leyla Mammadova signed a protocol on cooperation between the two organizations.
SATC director Leyla Mammadova, commenting on the signed protocol, said that as a result of the agreement reached with KOICA, another international experience in the field of production of the quality food and agricultural products will be implemented in our country.
"According to the agreement, it is planned to study the Korean experience in the field of procurement and supply of the food and agricultural products, food production, processing and distribution, safe and quality management of food procurement and supply in the country over the next three years. The Korean experience will be used to improve the e-procurement system. According to the agreement our staff will visit Korea and learn more about how the system works. "Every year, ten employees of our staff will attend trainings in Korea, and Korean experts will regularly provide information and advisory activities."
